Day passes are prepaid daycare packages and are good for one year from the date of purchase. Day passes cannot be used for boarding visits and are not refundable.
Unlimited monthly passes are different. Monthly passes are paid by the month, apply only to that monthly period, and do not carry over like day-pass packages.
Requirements
Your pet must be up to date on the following to help ensure a safe stay with us:
- Rabies
- Annual Bordetella / Kennel Cough
- DHLPP: Distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus
- Monthly flea and tick preventative medication
All vaccinations should be given at least seven days prior to arrival. Minimum age is four months. Older guests and disabled pets are welcome, and aged or infirm pets may be given reasonable latitude regarding requirements.

- Monday–Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Saturday pickup: 6:00 p.m. on the hour
- Sunday: Closed
- Sunday pickup times: 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the hour
Check-In & Checkout Notes
- Daycare check-in is available throughout the day.
- Boarding check-in is at your leisure.
- Boarding checkout time is 10:00 a.m.
- Checkout from 10:01 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. may be charged a half day of daycare.
- Checkout from 3:01 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. may be charged a full day of daycare.
- Checkout after 6:00 p.m. may be charged an additional day of boarding.
